Getting Started: How to register
Survival swimming lessons are an invaluable investment in your child’s safety and well being, in addition to your own peace of mind.

If you have decided that you are ready to sign your child up for ISR lessons, I am happy to teach your child ISR's Self-Rescue skills once the following steps have been completed.
1. Contact me to request the schedule for your desired start date and time slot. Please include your name as well as the names and ages of your children.
2. Once we have agreed on a start date and time slot, I will e-mail you my individual URL code for online registration.
3. Register online using the URL code I provided you with. At this time you will be asked to pay the $105.00 National Registration Fee* online to the national ISR office for each child you would like to receive ISR lessons.
All students must be cleared through the national ISR office prior to starting their first in-water lesson. Registration forms must be filled out and paid for online. You will be asked specific questions regarding your child's medical history to ensure your child's safety during lessons. All registrations are kept strictly confidential.
4. Upon approval of registration, your start date and time slot will be confirmed via e-mail.
Start dates and time slots are not secured until completion of registration is confirmed and are subject to change based on availability.
* This fee covers a medical screening by our Registration Evaluation Team (RET) to assess the physical and developmental readiness of your child. Determination of appropriateness for lessons is not based on a particular condition or diagnosis, rather on the unique characteristics of your child. The registration fee also covers the course materials, which include the Parent Resource Book, swim diaper and t-shirt you will receive within 5 days of completing the online registration.
